Raiden offered Anemone a rare and somewhat crooked smile, grateful that she wasn’t going to annoy him any further.
“No mix.” He stated simply in response to her question about pancakes and lightly bumped his nose against soft brown hair, his nostrils flaring. Anemone smelled amazing as always. Strong yet sweet, rich and alluring. He slowly moved his head, taking in her scent as he did so and stopped to rest the tip of his nose against the smooth skin of her neck.
“No food.” Raiden said suddenly, retracting his head. He met Anemone’s gaze with his own hazed stare and simply watched her in silence. He realised he must’ve sounded like a complete idiot at that moment. Randomly blurting out that there wasn’t any food. Except he couldn’t think straight. Inhaling Anemone’s scent up close had sent him a little.. Funny.. It was as if something deep and primal had taken over him for a moment. It wasn’t a feeling he was used to, not even with all of the women he had been with.
“We should order in..” He explained finally, once his brain had managed to completely function again. He wondered if it was possible for him to get drink off of Anemone’s scent. Because at that moment he’d sort of felt a little on the tipsy side.
“What do you want to eat?” He questioned, slowly trailing the hand that had been cradling her head to her lower back, it was shortly joined by his other hand. He watched her still, golden eyes taking in the small details of her face, his mind still a little dazed by her close proximity.

Anemone observed the silver haired Hanyou curiously, taking in every twitch of every muscle in his face. His crooked smile seemd a little awkward, but it was sweet to see it, to enjoy it, however brief. She'd done something right at least.
"No mix huh? Well, that sucks..." She kept her eyes open, watching and listening to his somewhat slurred and disjointed statements. She managed to surpress a chuckle and tilted her head to one side, making access easier for Raiden to get to her neck. She didn't mind this initmate situation. Sure, her heart was hammering wildly against her rib cage, and her legs had given out about two minutes ago, so her arms around Raiden's neck was the only thing keeping her upright. But still - she liked this.
The feel of his skin brushing against hers caused a tingle to run up her spine, his breath touching her skin didn't help this reaction. Made it worse in fact. Knowing there was something about her... something she didn't know, that made him behave like this secretly pleased her, and amused her. She would agonise over what it was, she didn't want to ask, but she wouldn't change her regime in case it removed whatever it was.
Anemone blinked her eyes open when Raiden mentioned ordering food in. He seemed to have regain control of his speech. His nose left the crook of her neck, though she kept her head to the side. She examined his features as closely as he was doing to her, though the scrutinising soon grated on her insecurities and she glanced down at his collar bone, half-hooding her eyes. Twirling strands of his hair gently around her fingers, she hummed to herself thoughtfully, letting her gaze shoot up once or twice.
Feeling his hands in her lower back, Anemone shuffled closer unbidden.
"Well..." she said slowly after a few moments, "you look like you're about to eat me... though I wouldn't recommend it, I doubt I taste very nice." She grinned at him impishly, tracing down his face again with her eyes, "so I'm not fussed."
Her eyes rested on his mouth as she realised she hadn't really kissed him since the library. And she wanted to... but rethought it, her shyness seeping into her mind. "You have menus?"
For the second time in ten minutes, Anemone's brain disconnected itself and let impulse have full reign. Her lips were crushing Raiden's before she realised it, her arms had tightened around his neck and her body now in full contact against him. Her brain reconnected and Anemone continued.

Raiden grinned at Anemone’s comment about him wanting to eat her. He didn’t comment. It was too easy and by the hungry flame that lit his golden eyes, it was obvious what was running through his mind at that particular moment.
Anemone was an annoying tease. And he could never figure out if she knew it or not. If she purposefully played a tease or was just innocently natural at it.
He’d still been in something of a confused daze, enjoying the feel of her slender fingers dancing with the fine hairs at the base of his neck, when he’d been caught of guard by her kiss. The taste of her lips crushed against his were quick to snap him out of his reverie.
Immediately the Hanyou circled his arms around Anemone’s small waist, pressing her even closer. He responded to her kisses hungrily. Playful at first and then sometimes passionate. His mind raced with thoughts he tried to suppress. Thoughts that led them away from the kitchen and too his room. He couldn’t think those sort of thoughts because when he did, he had an overwhelming urge to act on them. Which wouldn’t go down well at all. They were supposed to be taking things slow after all.
Except it was incredibly hard to think of taking things slow when Raiden was on the receiving end of Anemones kisses. Kissing Anemone was like flying and falling at the same time. An adrenaline rush he’d never tire of.
And then a growl sounded, deep inside his throat.
“Wait.” Raiden broke off suddenly, forcing himself to part from Anemone. Though he created a considerable amount of space between their bodies, his hands still lingered on her waist. He closed his eyes for a moment, inhaling slowly through his nose and then exhaling unsteadily through his mouth.
He remained silent, his gaze lingering on Anemone’s swollen lips. He wanted to kiss her again. He didn’t. Instead he forced his eyes away to meet her gaze. Forced himself to ignore the short, jagged breaths she drew.
It’d happened again. Something wild. Something primal and strong had begun to take over him. Something he didn’t trust. The feeling had been both foreign and familiar. Yet it was too similar to that dreaded feeling. The dreaded feeling he experienced whenever his demon side took over. Whenever the animal in him became free.
He couldn’t understand what was happening. It had never happened before. Not with any other woman. He wondered if it was the moons pull over him. The moon that weakened the magic on his tattoo. But the moon had never caused this to happen before. He’d never felt so close to the edge. Was it the effect that Anemone had on him? Was it that the animal in him too, wanted Anemone.
Raiden’s mind raced, distracting his attention from Anemone, his face contorted in deep thought.
"You should go." He said finally and dropped his hands from her waist.
It was only when he turned from Anemone, that he caught his reflection and saw that his irises were a deep flame red.

Her kiss though sudden was greeted and responded to after a moment of surprise from Raiden. No doubt he had been shocked by the sudden-ness of the kiss, and the lack of preparation for it. After all, it had been he who had initiated kisses before and he'd given her the oppertunity to back out, she hadn't given him any such loop hole.
His responses kept her guessing, which made her more excitable and being held so close to him, secure by his hands and arms wound around her waist, it only caused her eagerness to flourish. In the back of her mind she knew this was breaking the 'taking it slow' rule, after all in that situation there short, chaste kisses. Not ones like these, ones that made her stomach tie in knots and her skin tingle with every movement where his skin was in contact with her own. It appeared Raiden had forgotten this agreement, this issue of taking things slowly, for the time being as he neglected to do anything about it except respond.
Until a grow erupted from his throat causing him to break apart from her.
"Wha-?" It was now Anemone's turn to be dazed. He put distance between them, letting air flow through a gap between their bodies. His hands kept their place at her waist, and Anemone watched as he breathed slowly, eyes hidden by his eyelids.
Her own breath was coming in short and sharp, she would catch it soon enough when her mind was clear and she didn't feel quite so confused. She studied his perfect poker face, trying to detect any change in him. His demenour, anything that might have upset him. She hoped it was simply hunger, being a more over-whelming desire than the one for her. She could live with that.
The silence, pensive on Raiden's part and still midly dazed on Anemone's drew on. Her concern grew, as did the feeling she should say something, but what could she say? She knew if she asked what was wrong he wouldn't tell her, it was futile. She kept her vocal chords still, her breathing returning to normal.
Then three simple words decided to grip Anemone's lungs forcing air out of them. The grip moved to her windpipe, and created an almost crushing pressure. For a few seconds she couldn't breathe. She stared at him as he turned away, unblinking her confusion returning. That had stung. Had she done something wrong? She couldn't have said anything, she hadn't spoken. What had she done wrong now? Why was he telling her to go? What the HELL was going on?!
Anemone's confusion scattered and was replaced by unbridled anger. "What the Hell is your problem?" She snapped, clenching her hands into fists - an active descision as she was afraid she might try and pull and ear if she didn't. "I can't do anything right, can I? Or I keep doing something or saying something that pisses you off - I can't fix that if you don't let me know what it is!"
"Gods! You're such an enigma, wrapped in a Codex wrapped in a f**king laberynith you've forgotten where you put the keys! What is your problem?!" She managed to keep her voice very level, serious. Illustrating that she was perfectly rational, just furious. "I'm not leaving."

Raiden stood rigid, staring into the eyes of his reflection. All he could see were those red eyes, piercing and raw.
‘What’s happening?’
Anemone’s voice broke into his train of thought and he turned to look at her, eyes still red, face impassive.
It was the first time he’d ever seen or heard Anemone so angry at him. The first time he’d ever heard her use profanities. Sure he’d pissed her off before. It seemed to be something he was good at. Annoying and upsetting Anemone. It wasn’t something he was proud of. But now, now he could literally feel her anger washing off of her in waves.
He stared at her for a long moment, considering. He shouldn’t have gotten involved with her. He shouldn’t have kissed her. He’d been trying to keep his distance from the moment they met and now under the influence of the moon he’d succumbed. He’d allowed himself to be with her.
'Moron..'
In any normal situation he wouldn’t have allowed himself even the thought of kissing Anemone. Not because she was younger than him. Not because she’s student and he’s professor. But because Raiden couldn’t get close with anyone.
He liked Anemone. More than he should. Which was the reason he couldn’t have her get too close to him. He didn’t want her to know about his past. He didn’t want her to know about the monster he had been. The monster that lurks in him still.
But then maybe it was best she know. Maybe then she’d keep her distance.
“This can’t happen.” Raiden explained tightly, the edge in his voice sharp, leaving no room for argument. “We can’t happen.” He went on to clarify. He was sure Anemone wouldn’t go without a fight, she was just about as stubborn as him after all. But it didn‘t matter. He wasn’t going to let her see him.. The real him.
Not ever.

Anemone waited. She was impatient, her tolorance growing low but she waited silently for a response from Raiden. It bothered her more than she liked how his expression was so blank when he turned to face her finally. Couldn't he look even slightly annoyed with himself that he was making her do this? She didn't want to get angry. She hadn't wanted to spew profanities. She just wanted answers. And to stop the consistant confusion.
"Why are your eyes ... red?" The question was just one of the many she currently had. She'd managed to fight the want to recoil in shock when she'd noticed them when he looked at her. It was new, it was... unusual, even in meta-humans. And it made Raiden appear far more intimidating. A tiny voice was telling her she was getting into a fight she could not win by arguing, but she bashed the words away determined not to back down.
Again, silence wore on. Both of them staring at one another, his expression blank, her's mostly a mixture of rage, discontentment and a tiny hint of hurt. She didn't like how much this was hurting. Was this how you were meant to treat people when you professed to them that you cared? Was this a test to see just how much? ... No. It wouldn't have been that. Raiden was a jerk most of the time, but even that was too low for him.
She sighed slowly, pinching the bridge of her nose in concentration. Raiden's short comments were another stab of pain she forced herself to ignore. She could deal with any war wounds, physical or emotional, later, at the moment she wanted to deal with this.
"Why?" Anemone questioned shortly. "Tell. Me. Why." She anunciated each word as she took a small step towards him and dropped her hands to her sides. "Is it the age thing? Because I'm eighteen, and therefore a consenting adult. The fact that you're a teacher, fine - I'll drop out. I have no problem with that. I mean... what is it? Give me some kind of clue. This isn't fair, you're being such an... an.... ass!"
She started pacing, her frustration getting the better of her as she threw her hands up. "I mean - you can't kiss someone and pretend it didn't happen. That you didn't feel anything. I don't understand how you didn't have a problem with this earlier and now... what, did someone flip a damn switch or something?" Anemone was fully aware she was reacting in a childish way. Behaving like a hormonal teenager. But she had the excuse of actually being a hormonal teenager.
Coming to stop in her original place, in front of him, her hands by her sides, she balled them into fists again. "You know I care about you, I've told you that a dozen times. You didn't have a problem with that earlier, or that I wanted to be with you. I just..." she sighed, feeling somewhat defeated, "I don't understand. So enlighten me." Anemone folded her arms across her chest. She wasn't going to budge, Raiden probably wasn't either... this was going to be time consuming.

Raiden was torn. On one hand he wanted Anemone. He wanted her more than he’s wanted anyone else. It was only now, whilst he stood firm in decision that he and Anemone would never be that Raiden realised how much he did in fact want her. Something in his chest ached. He hated it. On the other hand he’d rather suffer alone than have Anemone suffer for being with him. He knew she would. He was too much of a mess. Too lost, too confused, too dark. Too much of a monster for someone like her. Anemone paced angrily and before he knew it she was demanding an explanation. He didn’t know what to say. On the surface his face remained impassive but beneath, his mind raged with questions and worries. He owed her an explanation. He wasn’t behaving normally. One minute he had been hot and then he had been cold and she wanted to know why. Moments passed before he actually spoke. “I can’t trust myself with you.” Raiden whispered finally, more to himself than Anemone. It had dawned on him then, the moment he had spoken. Something about being with Anemone was changing something in him. That weird dream.. And then their intense kiss.. Both times it had felt like the chains were breaking, that he was slipping into something he didn’t want Anemone to see. It frightened him. He didn’t want to hurt Anemone. He didn’t want her to see him. If being with Anemone was going to bring out that creature then he wouldn’t risk it. Blinking slowly as if he had just pulled himself from a dazed trance, Raiden sighed loudly and shook his head. He hadn’t noticed that his eyes were no longer the deep red that Anemone had questioned earlier. “You want an explanation, brat?” Raiden started, “Fine. The library. Us, here. It didn’t meant anything. It was just some fun. I’ll probably be shacked up with another girl tomorrow night.” He’d looked away then, busying himself with picking up a shirt from a pile of neatly folded clothes on top of one of the kitchen counters. He didn’t want to see her initial reaction, he was sure if he did his mask would slip and his lie wouldn’t be worth a damn. It was only when he’d pulled the dark shirt over his head that turned around to face Anemone again, his face guarded carefully. He was being a complete and utter thingy. He knew it. But it had to be done. Hurting and letting Anemone go now was for the best. _______________ ((OOC: Sorry for the lame-post-that-doesn't-make-much-sense. ^__^;' Also sorry for Raiden being an ass!! "You don't trust yourself with me?" Anemone repeated, eyebrows furrowing her confusion only becoming more apparent. To her at least. This was just working on her frustration. Making it grow, making the desire to react violently all the more appealing. Tempting as it was, she somehow thought that wouldn't help their current situation. And she would probably injure herself in the process.
She waited for further information. Arms still tightly wound around her chest trying to dull the sound of her heart beat, too fast and too angry. She was forcing herself to ignore the pain that she could feel starting to seep through her body - something like she'd never felt before. She wondered if all this was worth it.
Her mind was alert when Raiden spoke. His voice was sharper than it had been and his tone harsh, each word said in a stacato like manner. Anemone stayed silent letting the words sink in slowly. She stomach twisted, and it wasn't pleasurable. It felt like someone had reached into her gut and was physically tying it in knots. She ignored the tingling feeling that prickled behind her eyes, breathing slowly to surpress it, and concentrated on the feeling of bile rising up her throat that she managed to swallow back down.
Now her the tiny voice in her head had grown louder and was shouting at her to just go and leave with what little dignity she had in tact. She considered it seriously. She could go back to the school - but then, that would still mean she'd bump into Raiden. The ocean was probably the closest and safest place at the moment; but could she face Fossu. ... Did she really want to? Home was out of the question, mainly because there would be too many questions from her siblings and Nona and her father.
Gritting her teeth, Anemone convinced the voice to back down. She wasn't going to let this go. It wasn't in her nature to walk away, and she wasn't about to believe this. She had to get to the bottom of this even if for her own piece of mind.
"I don't believe you." Anemone said slowly, eyeing the pile of clothes warily. "If it didn't mean anything then why didn't you just jump me when we got here? Why did you just go to sleep, and let me curl up with you? You could have forced me into having meaningless sex, but you didn't. You respected my boundaries - people who don't care don't do that. I may be naive but I'm not stupid, Raiden." She was surprised by the tone of her own voice. She wasn't shouting or even hysterical, it was perfectly level and calm, in a normal tone, one she would use in conversation.
She breathed slowly, tightening her grip on her chest even more in an attempt to stop anything from breaking. This shouldn't hurt this much, should it? She could feel her body shuddering and cleared her throat in an attempt to distract from it. Her gaze shifted from the clothes pile to Raiden.
"What is the real reason you're doing this? You're married? You have kids? Or some deep, dark secret that you want to keep protected from the world, right? Well, guess what, you're not the only one with problems."

“I was hardly going to rape you.” Raiden snapped darkly. Of course he respected her boundaries. It didn’t mean he cared for her, did it? Okay, so he did care for her, but still. He wouldn’t force anyone into doing something they didn’t want to.
Raiden rolled his eyes when Anemone mentioned that he wasn’t the only one with problems.
‘Why does she have to be so difficult all of the time?’
Really, she could be such a pain in the ass. He could see that she wasn’t about to give up, even though he could see the hurt in her eyes.
He sighed. If she wanted to know so badly then fine. He hadn’t wanted to tell her. He hadn’t want for her to look at him like a monster. But he could see that she wouldn't give up, even if it meant she continued to hurt her own feelings. Telling her the truth, despite how much he didn't want to, seemed the only sure way she'd think twice about being with him. He knew she wouldn't look at him the same.
The life in Raiden’s eyes disappeared then as he allowed still fresh and painful memories of his past to flood his mind.
“I was thirteen years old when I first killed someone.” Raiden started, his voice level and his gaze dark. He squared himself up to Anemone so that his body was mere inches from her own. “I ripped out his throat.” He whispered, brushing a finger along her neck, his eyes staring down into hers. “And..” His breathing hitched lightly, “I liked it..”
The memory flashed before his eyes, fresh and new, as if it had only happened yesterday.
He dropped his hand and then slowly began to circle Anemone’s form, his eyes would never leave hers when he met them.
“I’ve taken countless lives.” He stopped, having returned to his original place in front of Anemone. “I remember each of their faces in their last moments. I remember the fear that burned in their eyes.”
Countless eyes flashed in his mind. Faces contorted with terror. Screams and cries rung in his ears, it was always hard to lock them out once he opened the flood gate.
Despite his thoughts he remained silent and watched Anemone’s face closely, his jaw tight.
“Can you care for me now?” He snapped harshly, his voice heavily laced with disgust. “Can you care for a killer? A monster?”

"You might not have planned to, but that doesn't mean you couldn't have." Anemone snapped back, reacting irately to his statement.
Silence fell again. Raiden was thinking again, perhaps considering what he should say. Or maybe just considering picking her up and putting her outside the door. He would have been strong enough to do it.
When he started explaining, Anemone tried to keep her face passive. Even as he touched her neck, she remained stationary, only moving her head when he circled her like a vulture to a carcass, explaining all the while. Try as she might she couldn't keep the primary fear at bay as his words echoed in her head and formed a group of phrases that made sense.
'Thirteen when I first killed someone' - 'I liked it..' - 'Countless people'. They all rang out, like clear bells on a Sunday morning loud and unforgiving. The fear she had felt was still there, pumping through her veins fuelling her with adenaline as she considered a fight or flight path.
Her rational voice cried at her to run. To leave this and never be tempted again. He was a killer he was dangerous. If he'd killed people before, he could kill her. It probably wasn't hard, she was just sinew and bone to him. She'd crack in a second.
Anemone's feet moved on there own, backing her up a few steps and making her body turn away. She managed to gain control enough to stop. There were two sides to this, for the moment she was just listening to the rational voice. The sensibly frightened voice. She could hear whispers of the hopeful one trying to push through the echos of panic.
The voice was barely audible but Anemone concentrate, breathing slowly, trying to make sense of everything. He was a killer... that was a fact. There was no escaping that, no pretending that it wasn't the truth. But while Raiden thought he was a monster... did she? Anemone turned around, her forehead creasing with concentration while she look him up and down. She went back towards him, circling him the same way he had her, taking in every detail until she was in front of him again, facing him, keeping his gaze.
"I don't think you're a monster." Anemone said finally. "I know I... retreated but I was just..." she fought not to use the word scared, "surprised. But I don't think you're a monster. You've killed, thats irrefutable. I can't ignore that as a fact. But that doesn't change me, how I view you or how I feel."
"I am... fully aware that you could harm me, more than you're doing now, but I don't think you would." Her fingers twitched while she timidly slipped her hand up to his face, leaving it to rest against his skin.

Raiden stared at Anemone silently, still torn.
And then he laughed suddenly, a grin tugging at his lips. He was aware that Anemone must’ve thought he’d lost his mind with his sudden laughter. He’d gone from angry and harsh to carefree and amused in minutes.
He really couldn’t understand Anemone. He’d just admitted to being a killer and here she was… claiming that he wasn’t a monster. Claiming that she still wanted to be with him. Any normal person would have bolted.
“You‘re crazy.” He stated, amused and somewhat touched by her words and actions. Anemone was willing to accept him despite the fact that he’d killed. Despite the fact that he was in fact the one a little on the crazy side. “Only you would be stubborn enough to ignore the fact that I’ve killed.”
He felt completely at ease now, having acknowledged that Anemone would still accept him for what he had done. For what he was. Inside, the side of him that ruled his mind whenever the full moon wasn’t raised high in the sky, growled with disapproval. He ignored the small warning voice in the back of his mind.
Lifting his arm, Raiden caught Anemone’s small hand in his larger one, his mood shifting again, this time to something much more gentle. “Let me try something.” He said and before Anemone could speak, he closed the space between their bodies and pressed his lips to hers. As before, as always whenever he kissed Anemone, he found himself flying and falling - his blood raced and his kiss deepened.
And then another low growl, full of hunger and need rumbled deep inside his chest. Raiden pulled back immediately. As before he felt dazed, his mind distant. And as before he could feel something primal begin to take over once again. A feeling he didn’t trust. Because whenever he had let himself fall to his primal-self in the past, he had hurt people. He had killed people.
He needed to see Ella. ____ ((OOC: Yes, Raiden is not sane, lol.))

He was laughing?
An eyebrow quirked on Anemone's face, staring at him irritated again. This was a serious discussion and he was laughing?! She growled quietly in the back of her throat, vocalising her displeasure though she doubted Raiden could hear it over his own noise.
"Firstly," Anemone retorted, "I'm not crazy. I just don't give in. And secondly, I have said before I'm probably about as stubborn as you are. It happens when you have fifteen siblings." Anemone could feel the change in atmosphere, it was no longer tense, Raiden was calmer, more at ease now, which made her feel slightly better. Still she was on edge. Not because she was frightened of him, simply because she didn't kow if she could handle him loosing it again.
His words had hurt, more than she wanted to admit. If he turned around and did it again, she knew that her rational voice would win out and she would admit defeat. Still - she didn't want to have that in ming right now. She physically shook her head, stopping when she caught Raiden's voice.
Before she was able to question it, he was kissing her. She responded still tentative not wanting to cause another freak out. She slipped her fingers gently into his hair trying to keep him close.
Inevitably something made him pull back suddenly. Anemone let him back away, and break the contact but stayed close. "What's the reason you do that?" She'd managed to get some information out of him, she could at least keep trying. "Is it something I do? Or... something else?" She stepped towards him again, bumping her nose against his gently. "You can tell me. I'm not going to run away, scared."

“It’s-” Raiden stopped short, unsure of what to say. He wasn‘t going to tell her to leave again. He wasn‘t sure where that attitude had come from. “- Something inside of me. A more.. Primal part of myself.” He went on at Anemone’s curious stare.
“I have.. a different side to myself.” He explained awkwardly. He wasn’t sure how else to word it. “And it seems.. that it wants you too.” And he wasn’t sure if it was a good thing. Still, he grinned, flashing pearly white teeth, an attempt to make Anemone feel more at ease. He didn’t want her to worry over it.
‘Must be something to do with the moon.’ he mused to himself. That and it seemed the animal in him fevered for Anemone too. But would it be safe? To just allow himself to let go, to be himself. His entire self, animal and all. He didn’t know and it wasn‘t worth the risk if it meant that Anemone could end up hurt. Though he had a strong feeling he wouldn’t hurt Anemone if he did let go. He didn’t trust himself enough. He’d have to find out more if possible. He wasn’t sure how he’d go about doing that. It wasn’t as if Ella was a walking dictionary on Half-demons.
‘Maybe it’s time for a top up.’ he wondered. The moon wore down the magic on his tattoo. It was why his demon blood would leak through, not so much that he lost control. Only so much that it affected his attitude - his personality. Besides having Ella use her hypnotherapy to keep his mind stable whilst he had the tattoo (Suppressing his demon blood wasn’t good for his spirit, body or mind. He’d been told that if he wasn’t careful suppressing his tattoo could back fire and his demon blood could possibly take over. And as it had been suppressed for so long, it was unclear if he’d stay somewhat human or remain an animal - a danger to those around him.) He needed to see a powerful mage, someone able to re-enforce the magic of his tattoo.
Growling quietly, this time by his serious train of thought, Raiden brushed his nose against Anemone’s slightly, smirking a little.
“Wanna do something fun?” He questioned and nipped lightly at her lips, he’d completely forgotten about their previous argument - or - whatever it had been. Mostly him being a jackass. He nipped her lips again, as playful as always. “Besides me of course.”

Anemone listened quietly, letting Raiden's words penetrate and be absorbed. Well - that explained a few things. Raiden did sometimes seem like two people. Or more than two. After all, the Raiden she was more familiar with would have normally brushed her off and called her an idiot. This Raiden was... well... more flirtatious. He had moments where he was affectionate too, but he seemed to thoroughly enjoy teasing her. And the other Raiden, the callous one who had told her to leave.
So far there were three. Four, if she included this more wild and animalistic side he had explained to her, the side she had yet to witness. "Wants me... too?" Anemone repeated, blinking as the meaning of that became clear. She laughed quietly, grinning, locking away that piece of information.
The tenseness of their earlier confrontation had disparated completely, and that put Anemone more at ease too. Her edginess was slowly fading, and the good mood she had been in earlier ... before she'd pounced Raiden, was coming back. Her brow knit in concentration, trying not to get overly drawn into the tempting nips Raiden was applying. He wasn't the only one who had to keep self control in check. It would have been easy for her to ignore her earlier statement of 'taking things slow' the way he teased and tormented her and leap on him. She doubted much convincing would be needed, but with his ever changing temperament, she wouldn't risk it.
Managing to break away enough to talk, she put a gap between herself and Raiden for a moment, trying in earnest to be serious.
"Fun sounds good, but first I think some ground rules should be set, don't you? Until this... wild part of you gets pepper sprayed." Anemone said, crossing her arms to get them occupied. "You obviously know what makes it react when you kiss me, so you can control it from your side. But I'm not that perceptive. So you'll have to let me know if something I do or am doing is a little... hard to handle."
Uncrossing her arms, she closed the gap again, resting her arms upon his shoulders, clasping her fingers together behind him. She smiled a little, realising she could actually have some fun with these rules. She considered what the outcome could be, Raiden could possibly lose it again, but now she knew the reason for it, that didn't worry her so much. Anemone considered her options for a moment, and decided to go ahead.
"Okay, so. For example," Anemone giggled and leaned up, kissing Raiden's mouth once, briefly, "if that's too much, let me know, if that's okay then great. In the same way tell me if this is too much." She leaned up to him again, this time kissing him slowly, gently, gradually making the kiss grow deeper. Anemone broke, because she was giggling, but managed to tug on Raiden's lower lip briefly before she was back flat on her feet. "Understand?" She grinned again, cleared her throat, stepped towards Raiden, blocking any gaps completely as she nuzzled his neck, relaxing.
"So, what was this fun thing. That wasn't you?"
