Anemone remained standing, looking at the silver haired man expectantly for his answer. She wanted to know why he hated people so much. She wanted to at least have some clue, and inkling into figuring him out. At first he had reminded her a lot of her oldest Holder brother, Gyan. They had the same broody nature, and anti-social habits. But now Raiden just stood out, and didn't remind her of anyone at all.
She was more relaxed. Still a little tense, but she felt calmer as she waited silently for an answer. For some reason her heart was beating against her ribcage. She hadn't even become that angry, and yet it was bashing like it wanted to break out. Her stupid temper. She didn't often let it get the better of her, but sometimes... sometimes she could couldn't stop it.
His reply caused her frustration to return but she didn't air it. Simply sighed quietly. "Maybe, but they're everywhere. You can't escape them. Much as you might like to." As she finished, as if on cue, he started up the engine of his bike. Anemone took a surprised step back, expecting him to roar it into life and take off out of the school gates. Then she, frustrated and generally pissed off, would go back to the fountain and attempt to drown herself. Which was always an issue when you could breathe underwater.
But her surprised her, and didn't.
He just stayed there. The engine running, sitting on the bike, eyes averted away from her. From this angle she could better see the oil on his face and the temptation to rub it away was there. But she ignored it. She didn't want to push her luck. She was about to annouce she was leaving. Getting through to him was obviously a damn stupid plan, and impossible. When she saw the helmet being held out.
She thingyed an eyebrow, taking the item into her hands tentatively and looking at him curiously. He wanted to take her to the beach? This was a turn around... maybe it was his method of saying sorry? She exhaled slowly, and shoved the helmet on her head, after removing her own headdress. She climbed on behind him, slipping her hands up onto his shoulders. "...Thank you."
((It was cool~ Aw... I like Raiden. <3))
