Asakura entered the cafeteria, so far they didn't find Aislynn yet. Asa's voice could be heard calling telepathically "sister! were are you?!" would be said but blinked, before looking back to Abigail"how about a snack break?' she asked her friend, and looked for where Aislynn might be.

Abigail had allowed herself, as well as Bun-bun, to be dragged through the maze of hallways down to the cafeteria. Abigail tried to avoid the place because of all the people, and all the emotions that slammed against her pitifully constructed mental barrier really.
It was a sad little thing, and she smiled at Asakura. The question made her stomach churn slightly, but she nodded. "Sure. What's there to snack on?" she inquired, smiling.
Inside, she just wanted to run. Run to a place where the emotions wouldn't touch her. But, that was unlikely. There wasn't a place like that in the world.

"And your hair is naturally like that?" The younger girl's eyes narrowed up at the young math teacher. Though they were over a decade apart in age, the younger girl was easily an inch taller than the older one. The scorn in her face and voice were evident; she had little patience for anyone else.
Aislynn started to nod. "Well..." her usually peppy voice and manner had been dampened by the harshness of the young teenager. She took a long sip of the coffee she held in her hand and then set it down on the counter again.
The other girl slammed down her plastic cup that originally held the orange juice she had finished with such force that it made a sound that could be heard down the hall. "Never mind; I should really get going." With that, she flicked back a strand of purple hair and flounced off; once she was out of the cafeteria and quite a bit down the hall, she took off in flight, hovering approximately three feet above the ground.
Aislynn smiled to herself a little bit and shook her head. She had nothing against different students. In fact, she rather enjoyed the company of others, but the news that had been discussed at the teacher's meeting was beginning to weigh even her down. Shrugging, she took another sip of the coffee and closed her eyes, letting her hair color return to its natural dark blonde color, though it still had random flecks of blue.
The cafeteria was definately an interesting place to come and relax and the young teacher sat back on the stool and wondered who else would come by that afternoon.
((OOC: Other character was Callisto; she'll probably make her appearance back in the dorm room later.))

Asa smiled"theres doughnuts, to cookies" she says hegging herself two large chocolate chip cookies. she then noticed Callisto leave"cally?" she called then blinked, before looking around, then she noticed her sister, and grinned'come on!" she said to Abi smiling a bit, She went towards her siser, leading abigail. "sister!' she called out using her mouth..
She was comfortable speaking out loud infront of her new friend, and other then the cashier lady. noone else was there. When Asa got to her sister, she grinned"sis, this is Abigail.. one of my roomates" she says"the other roomate..you kinda already met" she says softly.

Abigail got a chocolate chip cookie and a small carton of milk. She refused to have a cookie without milk. Smiling at Asakura, that she was surprised when Callisto left quickly. Unlike Asakura, she didn't say anything, but waved slightly at the girl's retreating back. Abigail figured that she wanted to be alone, or not talk to them at all.
Abigail turned slightly when she heard Asakura call out 'sister'. She was a little lost, trying to keep emotions out other then her own. The lunch lady had been surprised and it nearly made Abigail jump, before she clung tightly to Bun-bun with a hand that wasn't balancing the cookie and milk.
Following Asakura over to a blonde with blue flecks in her hair, she smiled and waved a little, before sitting down. She began to eat her cookie happily, opening the milk carton. "Hi-hi!" she greeted.
The emotions that could come from three people other then herself were making Abigial feel slightly ill.

Aislynn nodded towards Asa, then stood up to give her sister a slight hug over her shoulder. The way she hugged Asa was similar to the way gymnasts do and as the math teacher smiled at her sister, she looked quite like a gymnastics competitor. It was not too crowded in the cafeteria, so Aislynn pulled up a few chairs, one for Asa and one for Abigail.
"Nice to meet you, Abigail." Aislynn's smile was as genuine as it ever was and she invited the two girls to sit. "I did already meet your roommate. Interesting girl." She shook her head slightly and chuckled; it would be amusing to see how the room dynamics played out over the course of the school year. "I'm Aislynn... or Miss Celeste in the classroom."

Asa smiled at being huggled, then when her sister pulled up the chairs, Asakura sat down, automatically, and smiled softly"i bet she notused to living with roommates" she says softly, then begines tomunch on her food, trying to be polite, but giggled"miss, Celeste" she says softly she also couldnt help to giggle, despite, Celeste also being her last name.

Abigail swallowed her bite of cookie and sat down in the chair that Aislynn pulled out for her. "Nice to meet you too Miss Celeste," she greeted, and chomped happily down on her cookie.
Drinking some of her milk, she let out a happy giggle hugging Bun-bun with her free arm. Grinning at Miss Celeste, she went back to her cookie, making happy noises as she chomped down on it. Almost finished with it, she quickly finished it off before finishing off the milk.
Even with only the three people in the room, her stomache was really feeling upset. Shifting slightly in her seat, she hugged Bun-bun to her with a big grin on her face.

Aislynn smiled at her sister and swirled what was left of the coffee in her mug around. "Maybe she's not used to living with the two of you." The math teacher hardly meant this as an insult, but she'd been talking with Callisto for quite a few minutes before the girl stormed out. "But give it awhile."
She glanced around the room and then her bright eyes settled on Abigail for a moment. Even though she had no empathetic or telepathic powers, she could tell that the girl was uneasy about something. "You two alright here?"
Though she did not know the girl was an empath, she knew that there was a room downstairs in the dungeons that inhibited the powers of empathy and telepathy. It had been designed specifically for anyone who needed a break from the bombardment of listening to other peoples' thoughts and emotions.

Abigail shrugged a little, before answering, "Three people is a lot, but at least no one's...intense about anything. Like, angry or something."
Smiling a little, she went back to her cookie and milk. Smiling at the pair, she ignored any feelings she felt coming off of the two. It hit against her weak barrier, and she shifted in her seat slightly.
She patted Bun-bun on the head, and looked around a little. She wondered if Wolf was sleeping, or if some other animal was around. If she could talk to one silently, it might help with her churning stomach.

((OOC: Are we still doing this thread?))
Aislynn nodded absently and glanced down into her coffee mug. It amazed her how some people could get addicted to the substance... well, addicted to anything for that matter. She knew she was addicted to having friends around and people who cared, but wasn't that a little different? The maths teacher wasn't sure about that and as she thought harder, a strand of bright orange appeared in her hair.
She thought about what Abigail had said and suddenly everything made sense to her. They weren't at a school full of so-called normal people. No, this was a school for people like her, like them and she wasn't the only one with powers.
"Are you..." she glanced at Abigail for a long moment. Aislynn had no mental powers other than bringing books to life, but she was adept at reading faces when she needed to be. "Are you an empath? Like can you feel what other people feel?" Miss Celeste was aware that there was at least one telepath on the staff team. Despite just having a confrontation with Callisto, Aislynn was relatively at ease. Night was a wonderful time just to think and relax.

Abigail was chewing on her cookie when she felt a shift in emotions. Looking up she tensed at Miss Celeste asked her question. She seemed to try and disappear down into her seat, pulling a little on Bun-bun's ears. Staring at Miss Celeste, she nodded a little.
"I always sense what people feel. I can't block it out...ever, so I just deal with it. People always manage to shove their feelings so I know it. I don't like lots of people...but I like people who have soft feelings. They don't make me feel ill," Abigail answered softly, staring at Bun-bun.
((ooc: yes...I'm only replying because the question is aimed towards Abi. Sorry for not waiting Asa))
